INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup of low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 cups of peach slices, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take a blending jar and add all the ingredients. Blend it till it forms a smooth mix.
  2. Serve it in a glass enjoy.

NOTES

  • If you want to use some other fruit, you can do that but it is surely going to alter the taste. In case the smoothie is not sweet enough, you can add more honey or some other sweetener.

INGREDIENTS

  • 16oz of whole strawberries
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 cup of whipped cottage cheese
  • 1 small banana

DIRECTIONS

  1. Set the oven to 375 degrees and then pre-heat it. Take the strawberries and clean and then pull it. Put them in an oven-safe dish. Add sugar and toss it. Place the dish in the oven for 30 minutes. Stir it once in between. In case you got large strawberries then halve them.
  2. Let the berries cool down. Take a blending jar, add roasted berries, honey, juice of the berries, vanilla, cottage cheese, banana, water, ice and blend till it forms a smooth mix. Adjust the thickness with water and sweetness.

NOTES

  • The sweetness of the berries will largely depend on the strawberries. To get the taste you desire, add honey or sugar.

  • ½ cup of almond milk
  • Sweetener of your choice
  • 4 cubes and ice
  • 60gms of peanut flour

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take a high-speed blender and add the milk, grapes, Greek yogurt, and sweetener.
  2. Blend this till you see no grape skins.
  3. Now, add the flour and blend till it forms a smooth mix. Serve it in the glass and enjoy.

NOTES

  • If you want, you can add peanut butter to the recipe.
