INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4 tablespoons of espresso coffee
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • ¾ cup of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of maca powder
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla protein
  • Sweetener of your choice
  • 4 cubes of ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take a blending jar. Add all the ingredients that you have accumulated.
  2. Blend it high speed. Make sure that it forms a smooth mix.

NOTES

  • You can add more milk if the smoothie is thick.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cups of oats
  • ½ container of Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon of cocoa
  • 1/3 scoops of protein powder
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup of almond milk
  • 5 cubes of ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take a blender and add all the ingredients. Blend it for a minute or till you have a smooth mix.
  2. Take a glass and line with peanut butter. Now, line the glass with sprinkles. Pour the mix in the glass. Top it up with a dollop of freshly whipped cream.

NOTES

  • This can be made beforehand and stored in the refrigerator.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cups of frozen banana, frozen chunks
  • ½ cup of blueberry frozen
  • ¾ cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal
  • 2 tablespoon of protein powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take a blender jar and add the blueberries, banana, flax seed meal, almond milk, almond butter, and chia seed. Blend it till it forms a creamy mix. Add the protein powder and mix it again.
  2. Take a glass, add some almond milk and then pour the smoothie. Top it with chia seeds and enjoy.

NOTES

  • If you have trouble while blending, add some more almond milk. However, make sure that you adjust the flavors by adding more blueberries, sweeteners, or almond butter. If you don’t, the flavor of the smoothie will be too light.
