INGREDIENTS

  • Pomegranate 1 whole
  • Mosambi 2 whole
  • Water cold 1 cup
  • Ice cubes (5 to 6)
  • Black salt to taste
  • Chia seeds 2 tbsp

The juice apart from providing the obvious health benefits from fibrous chia seeds is also filled with antioxidants and vitamin C that will work up your body really well. The drink can be taken at any time, but it works best when taken in the morning.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Start by juicing your pomegranate and mosambi. Store them in a pitcher in the freezer till other things are ready. Keeping it in the freezer will stop it from fermenting soon.
  2. Now take another mason jar and add ice cubes, black salt, and water to it. Shake it really well, till the time bubbles start appearing on the top layer, once you see it, keep it aside. Open the lid and throw in the chia seeds and give it another shake.

  1. Now take out the juice from the freezer. Add to the pitcher with water mixture, once added stir it really well and then put them into the glasses. Serve cold, and dress it with some pomegranate seeds.

TIPS

Make sure to not add sugar in this juice, the pomegranate, and mosambi work really well for flavor, adding sugar will sweeten it up too much.

  • Ice cubes (4)
  • Lemon squeezed ½ cup
  • Sugar syrup 4 tbsp
  • Mint leaves (6)
  • Black salt to taste
  • Chia seeds 2 tbsp

This lemonade is one of the healthiest you can have. Except from working wonderfully on your digestive system, it is very good to keep your body cool in winters. The fiber in Chia seeds helps a lot and the whole drink can even be carried by you if you are going somewhere.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Firstly, if you don’t have sugar syrup, then prepare it easily. Take half a cup of water and add four tbsp. Of sugar to it, bring it to a boil till the sugar melts and turn the gas off. It’s ready.
  2. Now take a large mason jar or a pitcher and add the sugar syrup to it. Now add the squeezed lemon juice, the mint leaves as they are, do not break or dice them, throw them in a whole.

  1. Stir all of these well and add the salt. Mix well so every component is nicely incorporated. Now add the chia seeds into the pitcher and fill the pitches with 3 whole cups of water and let it refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve it cool by adding ice cubes to it, and if you want you can garnish it with sliced lemon also.

TIPS

The recipe was a mixed original lemonade recipe if you want your lemonade to either be salty or sweet, then use only one of these ingredients or else there will be a mixed flavor.
