  • Naan bread 4 pieces
  • 4 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp oregano seasoning
  • Paneer cubed 9-10 pieces
  • Basil leaves 6-7 leaves

The recipe is really nice if you are looking to utilize your leftover naan bread, the naan pizza is a very tasty and tangy recipe, which is really easy to prepare since you don’t have to make the dough from scratch. You can make it for lunch or dinner.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Firstly, take a bowl and add the shredded mozzarella in it. Now add the basil leaves roughly chopped in it. Mix them and then add the oregano seasoning and the chili flakes shake them so they are very well combined.
  2. Once done, preheat your oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or your microwave convection at 200 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, it’s preheating, take your baking tray and line with parchment paper.

  1. Start by putting your naan on the pan. Then line a tablespoon of pizza sauce on the naan. Now line your cheese mixture on top and finally add the paneer cubes on it.
  2. If you don’t want to use plain paneer, take a bowl to add some spices in it. Shake paneer in it that will coat the paneer really nicely, this will give it an independent flavor. Put the pan in the oven and bake it for 10 minutes. Serve hot.

TIPS

Make sure to not over bake the naanza for more than 10 minutes; it will become too crunchy and hard to eat.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Start by taking your naan and spreading them on your work station. Now you have to use all your ingredients equally distributed on both the naan pieces so they are nicely flavored.
  2. Start by adding the cheese on first. Use ½ cup cheese per naan. Now sprinkle some salt and pepper over the cheese, so the seasoning in the burrito remains proper.

  1. Now add the baked beans, ¼ cup on each naan. Spread it evenly across vertically. Now add the diced tomato 3 tbsp. on each naan and spread nicely.
  2. Now on top add the shredded lettuce, ¼ cup on each naan. Spread it evenly. Once all the layers are nicely spread, use your hands to bind them in the left side of the naan so you can easily roll it.
  3. Just before rolling, sprinkle a little more salt and pepper. Roll it tightly and heat it for 3 minutes either in the oven or in a pan (both the sides for 1-1/2 minutes). Serve with sauce or dip or sour cream.

TIPS

Do not use rice in this burrito recipe, as naan is already stretched the textures of these two ingredients won’t match, making it unpleasant to eat.
