INGREDIENTS

  • Banana medium size one
  • ½ cup of berries, you can have mix of strawberries, blueberries or even single depending on your taste
  • Plain yoghurt ½ cup
  • Almond butter 1 tablespoon
  • Baby spinach ½ cup
  • Almond milk unsweetened ½ cup
  • Honey/sugar according to taste

This is perfectly smooth to give a wonderful start your day. It contains lots of berries that are a good source of nutrients and vitamins. It contains banana and almond butter spinach almond milk that makes it clearly a healthy and refreshing smoothie.

DIRECTIONS

  1. When you are preparing a smoothie, you have to make sure that all the ingredients you are using are clean and free from any dust and dirt. Therefore, start smoothie preparation by cleaning all the berries you are taking, cut it into a slice and keep it in a bowl.
  2. Now, take your jar and put berries banana pieces, almond butter, yogurt, almond milk, baby spinach in it. Turn on the blender, and run it on the maximum speed for 10-15 seconds. The high-speed hit will give the required consistency to the smoothie and therefore it is an important step.

  1. Once you check that the smoothie you are preparing has got the required consistency, run the blender at the minimum speed for 1 or 2 seconds. This will clean the edges and border of the jar. This way you will give you a great smoothie to have. Blend the blender at a high speed; this will give a nice consistency to your smoothie. Your smoothie is now ready to consume. Put some berries at the top and serve it with a straw.

  • If you want to enjoy the best taste of any smoothie, then have it right after its preparation.
  • Use milk or water to manage the consistency of the smoothie.

If you will not run the Blender at the maximum speed for some time you won’t get the right smoothie consistency.
