INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup kale
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1 medium size banana
  • 1 small bowl – ice cubes
  • Yogurt
  • Honey

This smoothie is also known as a detox smoothie. This is because, the kale, spinach, banana smoothie goof for detoxification. It removes fat and helps in weight loss.  This smoothie you can have any time as a snack, main course. It can also be consumed to detox the body if you not doing weight loss.

DIRECTIONS

  1. To prepare smoothie you don’t need much pre-preparation. If just that whatever ingredients you are using to prepare smoothie should be cleaned and free from a waste product. So, clean spinach, kale and keep it aside.
  2. Take your blender. Start putting ingredients in a blender.  Put all of them, there is nothing first and last in the smoothie.

  1. Run blender at high speed for a few seconds after adding ice. This will give thick consistency to the smoothie. Still, keep checking the consistency of smoothie in between, you can add milk or water in it to reduce its thickness.
  2. You can add sugar, ice, etc in it according to your taste. The smoothie is now ready to have. Pour it in glass and have it fresh.

TIPS

  • You can use crushed ice instead of cubes.
  • You can add more flavors to it by adding some mint, coriander leaves.
