INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 lemon squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon stevia / 1teaspoon honey
  • Ice

If you are suffering from anything – from allergies to autoimmune issues to overeating the night before, this helps to clean out your liver and belly. If you woke up this morning with swollen eyes caused by allergies then this drink is going to help you. You can drink it heated up or drink it cold straight out of the refrigerator. We make a large pitcher and keep in the refrigerator to last a week. We can give it a good stir and guzzle it down.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the ingredients mentioned above for a nice blend.  You can also add the maple syrup, the honey, and stevia to enhance the taste further. The pepper that you may add gives a different fusion in the flavor which can make it even more enjoyable.  It is ready to drink

TIPS

Use both the fruits in equal quantity. You can also use nuts into the smoothie to ensure that the protein content in the product is higher and it also improves the taste of the smoothie.

WARNING

Don’t over blend the mixture. Ensure that the ingredients which are used are fresh and if they are not fresh, then the product at the end might not taste as good.
