INGREDIENTS

  • All-purpose flour 4 tbsp
  • White sugar, 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder, ½ tsp
  • Milk 4 tbsp 
  • Vanilla extract ¼ tsp
  • Oil 1 ½ tbsp
  • Funfetti 1 tbsp for sprinkling at the top

DIRECTIONS

  1. For this recipe, you can use microwave friendly mugs. Otherwise, the cake will not cook properly.
  2. Now take a bowl. Add all purpose flour in it, put baking powder in the cake and mix both ingredients well.
  3. Add small oil of your choice, preferably oil that does not have any flavor. You can also use soft butter, sugar and mix all ingredients well. Pour milk in it to prepare a batter with required consistency. Now, add vanilla extract in the mix and blend it with the help of a blender.

  1. Sprinkle funfetti on the top. The cake batter is not ready to serve. Transfer this mix in the cup in which you want to bake this cake, and put it in the microwave for 1 minute or 1 minute 10 seconds. The cake in cup takes less time to bake, therefore, adjusts the temperature accordingly.
  2. Touch cake’s top to check if it has been cooked and take it out. Serve it hot with ice cream or frosting of your choice.
