  • One medium size banana
  • 1 or ½ cup ice cubes
  • Sugar one tablespoon
  • ½ cup strawberry yogurt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take frozen or fresh strawberries according to availability. You can prepare great smoothie using any of them.
  2. Take one medium size banana and cut it into pieces. Take the blender and put all ingredients in the jar. If you are using frozen strawberries, do not put ice in the blender.

  1. Blend all items at a high speed to get the right consistency. Keep checking the consistency of smoothie in between, so that you get the right thickness. The smoothie is all ready to serve. Take glasses and pour it.

TIPS

You can also add fresh yogurt in the smoothie instead of strawberry. You can replace the milk with water when you are using yogurt.

WARNING

Check consistency of smoothie while blending it and manage it by adding milk. Milk yogurt is not a necessity; you can use cashew or almond yogurt if you have any problem with dairy.
