- Frozen strawberries 10-11
- Pineapple cubes 1 cup
- 1 or ½ cup water
This is a delicious smoothie which you can enjoy anytime. The best time to prepare is in the morning, especially when you want to have a refreshing morning. You can have this smoothie at lunch or dinner as well if you have no time to prepare a full course meal.
- If you are using frozen strawberries, then keep it in warm water for some time. Clean it properly. Pluck out the stem from strawberries if you are using a fresh one and clean it.
- Take a blender and one by one add ingredients in it. Put strawberries in the blender first, then add pineapple cubes, one tablespoon honey and last some water.
- Start the blender. Keep it on high frequency until you get the required consistency of the smoothie. You increased or decreased the consistency of smoothie by adding water. Blend it at low speed for a few seconds once the perfect state is achieved. Now, it is ready to serve.
You can add yogurt or cream to enhance the taste of the strawberry smoothie.
Keep checking the consistency of this smoothie in between to avoid overdoing.
