INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2  glass of cold strained water
  • ½ cup of unpasteurized unsweetened apple juice
  • 3 walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • ½ tablespoon of maple syrup or vanilla extract
  • ¼ tablespoon of ground nutmeg
  • ½ English cucumber
  • 4 leaves of spinach
  • 1 chopped apple
  • ¼ chopped avocado
  • 4-5 cubes of ice
