The banana bread is a healthy and tasty recipe that you can easily make at home with basic ingredients.
- 1 ½ cup all purpose flour
- 2 to 3 medium sized ripe bananas
- ¾ cup sugar, or 1 cup depending on your preference
- T teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/3 cup of melted butter
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F once you enter your kitchen to prepare your banana bread.
- Take a mixing bowl and mash the ripe bananas using a fork or a spoon. Make it smooth. Now add the melted butter into the bowl and mix it well with the mashed bananas.
- Add the salt and baking powder in the bowl and mix for a minute. Now stir in the beaten egg and vanilla extract. And mix with your spoon.
- Finally, add the all purpose flour and mix it with the rest of the ingredients using the cut and fold method for a couple of minutes.
- Now transfer the bread mixture into the loaf pan that is already greased with butter and dusted with flour. Bake it in the oven for about an hour at 350ºF.
- Remove from oven when done and transfer into a plate after a few minutes. Slice and serve the banana bread.
