  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash the apples and remove the skin. Dice the apples into small pieces and add them into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add all the spices and mix with a spoon. You can adjust the number of spices as per your preference. However, the spices selected for the smoothie are exceptionally rich in antioxidants and vitamins. This can boost metabolism and reduce the absorption of glucose.
