INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 1 handful raw spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

This is perfect as breakfast or evening snacks or for serving kids. This smoothie can be made ahead of time and be kept frozen to serve later.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all the mentioned ingredients to blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and drinkable. Pour into glass and enjoy your smoothie!

TIPS

  • To save the smoothie for later, the smoothing should be poured into a food-safe re-sealable plastic container and frozen.

WARNING

The smoothie should not be consumed if kept frozen for very long time.

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • I tablespoon almond butter

This is a delicious smoothie with a chocolaty taste which can be enjoyed as breakfast as well as a snack. Adults as well as children seem to enjoy it the same.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take a blender and put in all of the ingredients. Until the mixture is creamy and smooth, keep blending.
  2. Put in the ice depending on how cold or hot you want it. Pour in a glass and enjoy it.

TIPS

To enjoy the smoothie at its best, it is recommended to use frozen bananas. To do so, peel and slice the banana in half and place in a sealed Ziploc bag in the freezer overnight.
